Sharon Lambert
I'm 29 years old, married with 3 kids. My husband, Jay, has been the most supportive guy, especially through my post-partum depression. I'll really need his help and encouragement to even get out the door, away from the kids, to go to the gym. Nicole is our oldest child at 4years old. Christian is almost 3 and our newest addition, Liam, is 4 months old.
I studied music, vocals, at University and performed with the VSO and CBC orchestra. I then went into musical theatre. All the dancing and rehearsals helped keep me in shape. In fact, in a costume fitting my waist was measured at 26 inches. I never dieted and I ate large portions. I've never been very interested in sports or exercise. You usually have to trick me into exercise.
I'm the author and illustrator of a children's book called "Sally the traveling hamster" which is based on a music program for kids I taught at community centers and daycares. Since having my 3rd child I'm taking full advantage of maternity leave and no longer doing desktop publishing.
